Terms & conditions

Submitting a booking form starts the reservation. We reply with the meeting point, route notes, and any final details by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Your spot is secured once we accept the request and receive the agreed deposit.

• Prices are shown in euros — per person for group tours, per boat for private charters.
• A 15% deposit secures the booking; the remaining balance is due on the day of the tour unless agreed otherwise.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Entrance tickets (e.g. the Blue Cave fee), lunch, and personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated on the tour page.

The skipper has final authority over the route, stops, departure, and any cancellation — the safety of guests and crew always comes first. If sea or weather conditions make the planned route unsuitable, we may offer a safer route, reschedule, or cancel according to our cancellation policy.

• Arrive on time, follow crew instructions, and provide accurate contact and guest details.
• Tell us in advance about any health or mobility concerns relevant to a speedboat trip.
• Tours are not recommended for pregnant guests, guests with serious back or neck problems, or children below the stated minimum age.

The terms on our cancellation page apply unless a different policy is agreed in writing for a specific private booking. No-shows and late arrivals may be treated as same-day cancellations.

We operate licensed boats with professional crew and take reasonable care to provide a safe, enjoyable trip. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, port authority decisions, guest lateness, force majeure, or third-party services outside our control.
