How quickly we answer
Every message is read by someone from the crew, not a call centre. In season expect a reply within a couple of hours and always within 24. WhatsApp is the fastest because whoever is not on the water has it in their pocket; email is better when there is detail to work through, such as a private charter route or a group split across two boats.
Where the boat actually leaves from
The office address above is not the meeting point. Everyone meets at the Split Sign on the Split Riva, the big letters on the waterfront, a few minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace. Boarding is fifteen minutes before departure: 06:45 for a 07:00 Blue Cave day in high summer. It is a pier, not a terminal: no desk, no departures board. If you cannot spot the boat on the morning, phone rather than wander, and someone will walk out to meet you.
What to tell us in your first message
The date, how many of you there are, and which tour you have in mind. Anything we should plan around genuinely helps: young children, someone with limited mobility, a dietary restriction for the lunch stop in Komiza, or a flight that evening. It saves four emails and lets us tell you straight away whether the day works, including when the honest answer is that it does not.
Asking is not booking
Nothing you send here commits you to anything. We answer questions every week from people who end up not booking, and that is exactly what the inbox is for. A deposit is taken only once you have confirmed a date and a price, and the balance is paid on the day of the tour.
Out of season
The season runs from late April to early November. Between November and March we are off the water and a reply can take a day or two. Next season's dates open through the winter, and the Saturdays in July and August are usually spoken for by early spring.
