Privacy policy

Salty Adventures is a Croatian tour operator based at Drziceva 5, 21000 Split. We run speedboat day trips from Split — booking and crew operations are shared with our cooperative partner, Navy Blue Yachting, whose backend processes the actual reservations.

• Booking data: name, email, phone, tour date, group size, special requests, payment information processed by Stripe. Necessary to actually run the booking.
• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, we record anonymous page views and traffic source. No ad targeting, no profile building. Decline and this layer never loads.

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't run ad-targeting pixels.
• We don't share your contact details outside the booking/operations chain.
• We don't store credit card numbers — Stripe handles that.

Booking records: 7 years (Croatian accounting requirements). Contact form messages: 2 years. Analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default, if you opted in). After that, deleted.

Under GDPR you can ask us to: see what we have on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email booking@blue-cave-tours.comand we'll respond within 30 days. No forms, no friction.

We use one functional cookie for the consent decision itself (salty-cookie-consent) and optional analytics cookies that only load if you click Accept. Decline and only the consent cookie is stored.
