Plans change — we understand. Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead of departure you let us know. All timings are relative to your tour's scheduled departure time.
7 or more days before departure — No charge — full refund.
5–7 days before departure — 30% of the total cost.
3–4 days before departure — 50% of the total cost.
Within 48 hours, or no-show — 100% of the total cost.
If we cancel for weather
The skipper has the final say on whether sea and weather conditions are safe. If we cancel a departure for weather, you choose: reschedule for another date, or take a full refund of everything you've paid. No charge either way.
How to cancel
Email booking@blue-cave-tours.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and tour date. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
