The Salty take

When the Blue Cave route is sold out or the wind is wrong for Vis, this is the day we run instead. Same fleet, same skippers, same swim stops the locals pick.

A 9-hour shared-boat day across the postcard middle of Dalmatia. Two hours on Zlatni Rat — the shape-shifting Golden Cape off Bol — for swimming, walking the spit, the obvious drone photo. Two hours in Hvar Old Town for lunch on the Pjaca and the climb to the Fortica fortress. Ninety minutes snorkelling the Pakleni Islands. A final ninety-minute swim cove on Šolta on the way home. No long open-Adriatic crossing, calm sheltered channels the whole route — the right choice for guests who want Hvar plus Bol plus Pakleni without the Blue Cave dawn start.

Itinerary

1

Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) — Brač

~2 hours

Two hours on Croatia's most-photographed beach. Warm shallows, clear edges, walk the cape to the tip.

2

Hvar Old Town

~2 hours

Marble Pjaca, Renaissance Fortica fortress, harbour-side lunch at a real konoba. Long enough to actually enjoy Hvar.

3

Pakleni Islands

~1.5 hours

Pine-shaded archipelago just off Hvar. Skipper picks the calmest bay, gear comes out, the kids love this stop.

4

Gornja Krušica — Šolta

~1.5 hours

Sheltered pebble cove on the north coast of Šolta — shallow turquoise water, sits directly on the line back to Split. Last swim of the day.
